In her new video series, The Intern Experience, DLE Communications Intern Ella Verinder takes viewers behind the scenes of her internship journey–sharing insights, skills, and lessons that are shaping her professional confidence. 

“Creating The Intern Experience series has been incredibly grounding,” she admits. “I can clearly see the skills I’ve gained and feel more prepared to talk about them in future job interviews and professional settings.”

Ella hopes the series resonates, especially with fellow college students who may feel unsure about stepping into an internship role. “My goal is to make internships feel accessible and show students that we all bring something valuable to the table.”

At the same time, she hopes the series reminds seasoned professionals of the essential role internships play in developing future talent. “They provide real-world challenges that young people like me need to grow and develop.”
