Linda Dulye is a nationally recognized workplace transformation expert and founder of Dulye & Co., a consultancy known for turning organizational breakdowns into performance breakthroughs. She is the architect of the Spectator-Free Workplace™ methodology, which drives shared ownership of business results through an engaged workforce and collaborative culture.
Linda began her career at General Electric and AlliedSignal, working for data-driven leaders who reinforced the importance of measurable leadership and communication practices. Today, she partners with global organizations to design and implement collaboration strategies to improve organizational performance.
For 18 extraordinary years, Linda led the Dulye Leadership Experience, a pro bono learning and development initiative that curated thousands of meaningful connections and transformative experiences. The DLE, as it was widely known, helped professionals across the globe not just navigate their careers, but soar in them through immersive retreats, workshops, webinars, coaching sessions, newsletters, podcasts, community service programs, and conversations–too numerous to count.
Beyond her business leadership, Linda is a dedicated philanthropist and active volunteer focused on mentoring entrepreneurs, advancing economic revitalization, and supporting youth development. In response to a tragic local drowning, she co-founded Safe Swim Berkshires in 2024–a fee-free, life-saving program that equips public school students ages 12-15 with critical water safety and leadership skills.
Her impact and generosity have earned numerous honors, including the Berkshire 25 Award, the Rotary International Paul Harris Fellow Award, and Women of the Year recognition from Zonta and Girls Inc. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from Syracuse University and a Master of Arts from Drew University.
A committed athlete, Linda is a competitive rower with Sarasota County Rowing Club and Berkshire Community Rowing, and serves on the Sarasota Scullers Youth Rowing Board of Directors.
