Linda Dulye is a nationally recognized workplace expert and founder of Dulye & Co., a consultancy acclaimed for reversing organizational breakdowns into breakthroughs. She is the architect of the Spectator-Free Workplace™️ methodology, which fosters shared ownership of performance and revitalizes engagement, productivity, and morale.
Her career began at GE and AlliedSignal, where she worked under data-driven leaders who instilled the measurability of leadership and communication practices. Today, Linda partners with global organizations to design and integrate inclusive leadership strategies that strengthen collaboration, resilience, and business results.
Linda also is the founder of the Dulye Leadership Experience (DLE), a pro-bono professional development organization producing no-cost, year-round workshops, coaching, and networking programs to advance career ownership and inter-generational connections.
She earned her BA from Syracuse University and MA from Drew University. Beyond her business leadership, she is a passionate volunteer for building strong communities–lending her expertise and time to mentor entrepreneurs, advance economic revitalization, and support youth development. Most recently, she has become an advocate for youth water safety, co-founding Safe Swim Berkshires, a fee-free, life-saving program that equips teens ages 12–16–many with little or no exposure to water recreation—with critical survival and leadership skills.
Linda’s impact and generosity have been recognized with numerous honors, including the Berkshire 25 Award, the Rotary International Paul Harris Fellow Award, and Women of the Year Awards from Zonta and Girls Inc.
She is a dedicated rower, who competes with Sarasota County Rowing Club and Berkshire Community Rowing, and serves on the Sarasota Scullers Youth Rowing Board of Directors.
