Launched during the depths of the 2008 economic crisis through an innovative partnership with Syracuse University, the DLE evolved into an independent, fee-free catalyst for learning, connection, and career advancement, made possible by the sustained investment of founder Linda Dulye and her business, Dulye & Co. Operated as a pro bono initiative, the DLE delivered pioneering, professional development services at no cost–reflecting Linda’s philanthropic commitment to give back so others can move forward.
Professionals across the globe gained skills, direction, confidence and new relationships through the DLE’s immersive retreats, workshops, webinars, coaching sessions, newsletters, podcasts, community service programs, and conversations–too numerous to count.
In May 2026, the DLE curtailed operations, leaving behind a powerful legacy of growth. Preserved in this online archive are valued resources to help you change, challenge yourself and never coast.
