The Dulye Leadership Experience (DLE), widely recognized for its premier professional development programs, has reached a remarkable milestone in fostering leadership in the Berkshires.

Three of this year’s Berkshire County 40 Under Forty honorees are active DLE members and volunteers, bringing the total number of DLE-nominated winners to 19 since 2019.

DLE awardees recognized for their community and civic engagement are:

• Luke Fitzgerald – Case Coordinator at MA Department of Mental Health and Founder of The Love of T Foundation
• Mystie Ford – Fraud and Loss Prevention Officer at Greylock Federal Credit Union
• Lyndsey Wadsworth – Integrated Project Team Lead at General Dynamics Mission Systems
