The DLE Poll probed how members were proactively managing their professional development in 2025. We asked: With the new year underway, what are you doing to help you continue to grow and learn?

Priorities were clearly identified in results. Building networks and reading/listening to skills development resources both received 24% of responses. The next most popular responses were changing jobs and pursuing a new degree or certification.
