Through major life and career transitions, one thing has remained constant for DLE member Kaled Rocha: the encouragement and support of the DLE community.

A dedicated volunteer and moderator for the popular Career Compass program, Kaled leaned on DLE connections and tools to successfully navigate a personal and professional trifecta–relocating from Boston to Houston, getting married, and stepping into a new role as Vice President–Investments at JP Morgan.

“When going through the [career] transitions, the support they gave me, the mentorship I was able to access because of the network that the DLE provides and the resources… it gave me the tools and confidence to be able to make a move like I did,” Kaled expressed.
