Before DLE 40 Under Forty winner Luke Fitzgerald picks up his award at the March 27th 40 Under Forty Berkshires ceremony, he put the finishing touches on plans for the biggest fundraiser for the Berkshire-based charity that he established in 2021, The Love of T Foundation. The Dancing the Blues Away Gala, held on March 1, received the support of dozens of company sponsors, including Dulye & Co., which is the sole underwriter for the Dulye Leadership Experience. The support, says Luke, is truly meaningful. “I am grateful to receive the support and sponsorship from Dulye & Co. In addition to the financial support, the networking opportunities of the DLE have enabled me to secure other sponsorships and spread the word about our programming to a broader audience.”
Proceeds from the 4th annual gala–attended by more than 250 people–will fund suicide prevention services and programs to help hundreds. Luke’s foundation has set a goal of expanding peer support to 800 hours in 2025–a sizable jump from the 445 hours provided from April to November last year.
