The March 27 40 Under Forty celebration at Berkshire Community College with DLE all-stars Luke Fitzgerald, Mystie Ford, and Lyndsey Wadsworth–along with 37 other award winners–marks a major milestone.

Since 2019, 19 DLE members have received this prestigious honor, recognizing their outstanding contributions to the Berkshires through their diverse professional roles and volunteer efforts in community organizations and nonprofits.

A special thank you to Josh Brilliant, Cameron Hadley, and Allison Schmitt—the DLE’s 2024 40 Under Forty winners—for making the night even more memorable by championing our newest awardees.

And a heartfelt thank you to Pittsfield Mayor Peter Marchetti, whose mayoral campaign included a Listening Session with DLE members, for recognizing the exceptional talent within our DLE community.
