Inclusive Leadership

Create an action plan for improving allyship personally and at work, guided by these five factors that can promote real progress.

  1. Educate yourself about the experiences of others who have different identities

  2. Amplify marginalized voices by sharing their work or content

  3. Invest resources by patronizing businesses owned by marginalized people or donating to organizations run by and/or serving marginalized communities

  4. Speak up for those who aren’t properly represented

  5. Value discomfort as a part of learning, growth and change
