From camper to counselor at YMCA Camp Robbins in New York’s Hudson Valley, Dulye & Co. President Linda Dulye grew up with the Y’s values shaping her life. Today, that connection is as strong as ever. Dulye & Co. is proud to return as a sponsor of the Berkshire Family YMCA’s 2025 Golf Tournament–a key fundraiser supporting scholarships and resources for youth development.

Linda’s commitment to the Y’s mission goes far beyond sponsorship. In April 2025, she co-founded Safe Swim Berkshires in response to the tragic drowning of a local middle school student during a summertime class trip to a state park. Alongside co-founder Jennifer Roccabruna and a team of experienced volunteer swim instructors, the fee-free program launched a successful pilot, leading to a powerful partnership with the Berkshire Family Y announced in August. No-cost water safety sessions will be held year round to equip at risk teens in Pittsfield Public Schools with vital survival skills in a supportive, empowering environment. Students will gain knowledge and capabilities in water safety, plus coaching in teamwork, communication, and leadership. An ambitious $25k fundraising campaign is underway to provide each Safe Swim participant with complete swim gear, round-trip transportation from home to the Y, snacks, and one-on-one water instruction.
