Dulye & Co. President Linda Dulye will serve as an advisor to an initiative supporting BIPOC entrepreneurism as part of the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston’s first LELE cohort.
The initiative will be lead by three dynamic leaders in the Berkshire (MA) Black Economic Council–Marcus Coleman, AJ Enchill and Auric Enchill–who earned a $25,000 grant for their detailed proposal to survey, study and support the Berkshire community’s needs and provide capital and technical assistance to support BIPOC entrepreneurism. Linda will share her expertise through developing and delivering career-readiness coaching and training.
The LELE initiative– Leaders for Equitable Local Economies–works to empower emerging leaders to develop and test local strategies to advance racial equity in their cities.
