The Dulye Leadership Experience (DLE), widely recognized for its premier professional development programs, has reached a remarkable milestone in fostering leadership in the Berkshires.
Three of the 2025 Berkshire County 40 Under Forty honorees are DLE members and active volunteers, bringing the total number of DLE-nominated winners to 19 since 2019. Dulye & Co. President and Founder Linda Dulye established the pro-bono professional development organization in 2008; and Dulye & Co. is the exclusive underwriter of DLE programming and operations.
DLE awardees recognized for their impactful community service and civic engagement are:
- Luke Fitzgerald – Case Coordinator at Massachusetts Department of Mental Health and Founder of Love of T Foundation
- Mystie Ford – Fraud and Loss Prevention Officer at Greylock Federal Credit Union
- Lyndsey Wadsworth – Integrated Project Team Lead at General Dynamics Mission Systems
