Communicate for Results and Relationships: Help Managers Become Leaders
Only 1 in 10 managers are capable of motivating a team to high performance–largely due to poor communication skills. Change those stats at your organization by helping your supervisors and managers become leaders with Dulye & Co.’s Communicate for Results and Relationships Training.
Learning Objectives: This professional development course builds the skills, knowledge and confidence of managers at all levels to facilitate effective two-way communication–with and between team members–that promotes collaboration and meaningful connections.
Supplied with a practical Manager Communication Toolkit featuring a 5-Point Conversation Compass™, participants learn how to:
- Step up to their role and IDENTITY as a key communicator in their organization and how to authentically project a competent, caring leadership style in their words and behavior.
- Upgrade their employee and team communication practices with INTERACTION strategies that convert one-way directives to two-way exchanges that engage everyone.
- Inject purpose in timely and important INFORMATION by relating it to the goals of their department/team, employees’ responsibilities and the wellbeing and success of the organization.
- Apply INQUIRY techniques that convey interest through open-ended questions, improve listening, air different perspectives and encourage constructive feedback.
- Increase team performance and IMPACT by sharing responsibilities and accountability for everyday actions that engage, motivate and recognize team members.
