Linda Dulye, founder and president of New York-based Dulye & Co., is internationally recognized for helping many of the world’s most admired companies go spectator free.

Now in its 17th year, Dulye & Co. has partnered with Lockheed Martin, Rolls-Royce, Tyco, CIGNA, Cardinal Health, United Technologies, the Army Corps of Engineers and other leading organizations in an array of industries to achieve measurable gains in their workforces’ attitudes and actions. The firm’s communication, collaboration, measurement and training programs are practical in approach and proven in delivery—inspiring what Linda calls a Spectator-Free Workplace™ where every team member is fully engaged.

Prior to starting her company, Linda held leadership positions in Corporate Communications for Duracell, Allied Signal, Public Service Electric and Gas (PSEG) and General Electric. While at GE, she was selected as a facilitator for the widely benchmarked Work-Out program—which became one of the most successful and benchmarked change management programs undertaken by a corporation.

A published author on the topics of leadership development, workforce effectiveness and employee communications, Linda is a columnist for Fox News Business and has been featured in major media, including The Wall Street Journal, Forbes and Industry Week.

Linda also coaches college students on professional skills development as the founder and director of the Dulye Leadership Experience at her alma mater, Syracuse University. Now in its eighth year, this unique transformational program prepares upperclassmen to successfully transition into the business world. More than 100 students have earned a place in this highly selective program, and 90 percent of them secure a job or an internship within three months of their participation.

Linda earned degrees at Syracuse University (B.A.) and Drew University (M.A). She has been an adviser to Syracuse University’s Athletics Department. She tutors elementary students in  Pittsfield, MA public schools and volunteers at the world-renowned Tanglewood Music Center.  A competitive rower, Linda is on the board of trustees of the East Arm Rowing Club in Greenwood Lake, NY and the Berkshire Rowing and Sculling Society in Pittsfield, MA. She is also an avid cyclist, swimmer and skier. Linda enjoys spending time with her family—which includes rescued dogs, cats, birds, horses, goats, ferrets and a mule—on a farm in New York State’s scenic Hudson Valley.

Linda speaks frequently at executive forums, corporate seminars and industry conferences. Most recently, she addressed the Conference Board, Syracuse University and the International Association of Business Communicators on the topic of leadership communication—earning rave reviews that lit up Twitter chats.
