Linda Dulye, founder and president of New York-based Dulye & Co., is internationally recognized for helping many of the world’s most admired companies go spectator free.

Now in its 17th year, Dulye & Co. has partnered with Lockheed Martin, Rolls-Royce, Tyco, CIGNA, Cardinal Health, United Technologies, the Army Corps of Engineers and other leading organizations in an array of industries to achieve measurable gains in their workforces’ attitudes and actions. The firm’s communication, collaboration, measurement and training programs are practical in approach and proven in delivery—inspiring what Linda calls a Spectator-Free Workplace™ where every team member is fully engaged.

Prior to starting her company, Linda held leadership positions in Corporate Communications for Duracell, Allied Signal, Public Service Electric and Gas (PSEG) and General Electric. While at GE, she was selected as a facilitator for the widely benchmarked Work-Out program—which became one of the most successful and benchmarked change management programs undertaken by a corporation.
A published author on the topics of leadership development, workforce effectiveness and employee communications, Linda has been a columnist for Fox News Business and featured in major media, including The Wall Street Journal, Forbes and Industry Week.
Linda is fiercely committed to giving back. She has coached hundreds of college students on professional and leadership skills as the founder, funder and director of the Dulye Leadership Experience at Syracuse University, her alma mater. Started in 2008, this innovative, developmental program cultivates career-ready undergraduates—with 90% of them securing jobs or internships within 3 months of completing the program.
She is an active volunteer in her community of the Berkshires of Western Massachusetts. Linda tutors elementary students in reading, serves as a greeter at the world-renowned Tanglewood Music Center and is an on-air announcer for the Berkshire Talking Chronicles on WRRS 104.3 FM radio.  A competitive rower, Linda is on the board of trustees of the East Arm Rowing Club in Greenwood Lake, NY and the Berkshire Rowing and Sculling Society in Pittsfield, MA. She is also an avid cyclist, swimmer, skier—and passionate supporter of animal rescue organizations.

Linda earned degrees from Syracuse University (B.A.) and Drew University (M.A.). She has been an adviser to Syracuse University’s Athletics Department and a long-time, season-ticket holder for the Orange’s football games in the Dome. And finally, Linda takes time to enjoy her family—which includes dogs, ferrets, cats and a homing pigeon, all rescued.

Linda speaks frequently at industry conferences, executive forums, corporate seminars and college symposiums. Her speeches, workshops and podcasts are available at
