Prior to starting her company, Linda held leadership positions in Corporate Communications for General
Electric, Duracell, Allied Signal, and Public Service Electric and Gas. While at GE, she facilitated the widely
benchmarked Work-Out program—one of the most successful organizational change programs for building an empowered, ownership workforce. A published author and active speaker on the topics of leadership development and workforce effectiveness, Linda has been a columnist for Fox News Business and featured in major media, including The Wall Street Journal, Forbes and Industry Week.
Linda also has carved a respected reputation as a millennial career coach as the founder and director of the Dulye Leadership Experience at Syracuse University, her alma mater. Now in its 10 th year with close to 200 participants, this powerful, professional developmental program cultivates career-ready undergraduates—with 90% of them securing jobs or internships within 3 months of completing the program.
She actively volunteers as a public school reading tutor, a hospital pastoral minister, a greeter at the world-
renowned Tanglewood Music Center in Lenox, MA and an on-air announcer for a community radio station. A competitive rower, Linda is on the board of two masters’ rowing clubs and in the two seat of her mixed racing quad. She also cycles, swims, skis and actively supports numerous animal rescue groups.
Linda earned degrees from Syracuse University (B.A.) and Drew University (M.A.). She has been an adviser to Syracuse University’s Athletics Department and a long-time, season-ticket holder for the Orange’s football games in the Dome. And finally, Linda takes time to enjoy her family—which includes dogs, ferrets, cats and a homing pigeon, all rescued.
