Linda Dulye is the founder and president of Dulye & Co., a leader in workplace engagement practices that help companies and their employees go spectator free.

Since 1998, Dulye & Co. has partnered with General Dynamics, Lockheed Martin, Rolls-Royce, Tyco, CIGNA, Cardinal Health, United Technologies, Bobcat, DRS Technologies, Thermo Fisher Scientific, the Army Corps of Engineers and other respected organizations to proactively engage their workforces through innovative and interactive communication and collaboration practices. The firm’s award-winning Spectator-Free Workplace™ programs have delivered positive, measurable change in productivity, retention and morale.

Prior to starting her company, Linda held leadership positions in corporate communications and change management for General Electric, Duracell, Allied Signal, Grey Advertising and Public Service Electric and Gas. An active coach, author and speaker on leadership development and workforce engagement, Linda has been a columnist for Fox News Business and featured in major media, including The Wall Street Journal, Forbes and Industry Week.

In 2008, Linda merged her passions of philanthropy and inspiring future leaders by establishing the Dulye Leadership Experience (DLE). Based in Pittsfield, MA, this professional development organization provides premiere, year-round learning and networking opportunities for an expansive, diverse community of rising leaders—at no charge through Linda’s underwriting. Virtual programs featuring skill swaps, topical culture chats, training workshops, on-demand podcasts and networking forums have broadened perspectives, capabilities, and connections for many hundreds in the Berkshires and well beyond.

Raised in New York’s Hudson Valley, Linda worked in her family’s commercial printing and newspaper businesses from youth to college years. She earned degrees from Syracuse University (B.A.) and Drew University (M.A.). She began her professional career as a daily newspaper reporter in greater Philadelphia.

Linda and her husband, Roger, enjoy lake living in the Berkshires with visiting family (3 grown children) and rescued animal and bird companions. Her community involvement has been extensive—volunteering as a hospital pastoral minister, an elementary school tutor, a greeter at the world-renowned Tanglewood Music Center, a leader in the African Catholic community and a Berkshire Talking Chronicles radio announcer. She instructs on leadership at Berkshire Community College’s Culinary & Hospitality Program and is actively involved with Berkshire Business & Professional Women, helping the organization establish a Mentorship Program. She is also involved with the American Society of Quality/Berkshire Chapter and EforAll in the Berkshires. Linda serves on the Board of the Pittsfield Economic Revitalization Corporations and the Youth, Education and Sport (YES) Initiative.

Committed to be fit, Linda rows, cycles, spins, swims, and kayaks. Her steadfast support of civic, community and business vitality has earned her the prestigious Berkshire 25 Award for creating impact. She is a popular speaker at industry conferences, corporate seminars and academic symposiums.
