Linda Dulye, founder and president of New York-based Dulye & Co., is internationally recognized for helping many of the world’s most admired companies go spectator free. A former communications leader for General Electric (GE), Duracell, Allied Signal and Public Service Electric and Gas (PSEG), Linda established Dulye & Co. in 1998 with a practical, process-driven approach for improving communications and collaboration through an engaged workforce—a formidable competitive advantage, that she calls a
Spectator-Free Workplace™.

Linda and her team have partnered with Lockheed Martin, Rolls-Royce, Tyco, Westinghouse, the Army Corps of Engineers and other leading organizations across industries to achieve measurable gains in their workforces’ attitudes and actions. Her firm’s professional development programs have improved the communication skills and accountability of thousands of managers, at all levels, through practical tools and measured follow-up. Rolls-Royce implemented her firm’s Spectator-Free™ practices to significantly improve operating income, productivity and morale in its Engine Services business.

Linda is a repeat winner of the prestigious Quill Award from the International Association of Business Communicators, and is often quoted in major media, including The Wall Street Journal, Forbes, and Industry Week. A published author in organizational development and effectiveness, Linda is a featured columnist for Fox News Business.

Linda’s professional accomplishments include serving as a facilitator for GE’s widely benchmarked Work-Out process—one of the most successful change management programs undertaken by a corporation.

She is a graduate of Syracuse University (B.A.) and Drew University (M.A.). In 2008, Linda established the Dulye Leadership Experience (DLE) at Syracuse—a skills-centric, professional development program for creating globally competitive, career-ready students. Ninety percent of the DLE’s 100 graduates have landed jobs or internships within three months of completing the program.

Linda has served as an adviser to Syracuse University’s Athletics Department. She tutors elementary students in a Pittsfield, MA public school and volunteers at the world-renowned Tanglewood Music Center in the Berkshires.  A competitive rower, Linda is a board member of the East Arm Rowing Club. She is also an avid swimmer, cyclist and skier. Linda enjoys spending time with her family—which includes rescued dogs, cats, birds, horses, goats, ferrets and a mule—on a farm in New York State’s scenic Hudson Valley.

Linda frequently speaks at executive forums, corporate seminars and industry conferences. Her presentations, workshops and podcasts are available at
