Linda Dulye is internationally recognized for using disciplined, measurable practices in effective communications and employee engagement to increase business performance at many of the world’s most admired companies.

Dulye & Co.’s one-of-a-kind Spectator-Free Workplace™ solutions have contributed to double-digit improvements in productivity, teamwork and accountability in diverse workforces at Lockheed Martin, Cardinal Health, United Technologies, CIGNA, AECOM, Tyco, Environmental Protection Agency, US Army Corps of Engineers, Chrysler Financial and other leading organizations in government and the private sector. Rolls-Royce adopted her firm’s Spectator-Free™ practices and, in less than two years, achieved major gains in operating income, productivity and morale through a more engaged and informed workforce.

Dulye & Co.’s groundbreaking Manager-as-Communicator™ program has repeatedly won the prestigious Quill Award from the International Association of Business Communicators, and the attention of The Wall Street Journal, Forbes, Industry Week and other media for its proven success.

Prior to starting her company in 1998, Linda managed communication and change programs at General Electric, AlliedSignal, Duracell, Public Service Electric & Gas, and Grey Advertising. While at GE, she helped introduce the widely benchmarked Work-Out process, one of the largest, most successful change management programs undertaken by a corporation.

A columnist for Fox News Business, Linda is regularly published and quoted in major business media. A collection of her work is available at http://www.foxbusiness.com/archive/author/linda-dulye/index.html.

She received her bachelor’s degree from Syracuse University and her master’s degree from Drew University. Her proud ties to Syracuse University include establishing—in 2008—and managing the Dulye Leadership Experience, an intensive, professional development ‘boot camp’ that prepares undergraduates to advance to and succeed in the workplace. She is an adviser to Syracuse University’s Athletics Department and serves on the boards of the East Arm Rowing Club (Greenwood Lake, NY) and the Pittsfield Family YMCA (Pittsfield, MA). Linda led the development of the Pittsfield Family YMCA's three-year Strategic Plan and she chairs the organization's Mission Advancement Committee. She is the recipient of the Pittsfield Family YMCA's prestigious J. Edward Deary Award for outstanding leadership. http://www.pittsfieldfamilyymca.org/4325/ymca-recognizes-inspiring-honorees/.

She also tutors third graders in Pittsfield, MA Public Schools and volunteers at the world-renowned Tanglewood Music Center in Western Massachusetts. An enthusiast of skiing, swimming, rowing, and college sports, Linda also enjoys spending time with her family—which includes rescued dogs, cats, birds, horses, goats, ferrets and a mule—on a farm in New York State’s scenic Hudson Valley.

A dynamic speaker rated as an “All Star” by the International Association of Business Communicators, Linda regularly serves as chairperson and keynote speaker at executive forums and industry conferences. Her speeches, workshops and podcasts are available at www.dulye.com.
