Linda Dulye, founder and president of Dulye & Co., is internationally recognized for helping globally admired companies go spectator free.
Prior to starting her company, Linda held leadership positions in Corporate Communications for General Electric, Duracell, Allied Signal, and Public Service Electric and Gas. While at GE, she facilitated the widely benchmarked Work-Out program—globally recognized for its success in building an empowered workforce. A published author and active speaker on leadership development and workforce effectiveness, Linda has been a columnist for Fox News Business and featured in major media, including The Wall Street Journal, Forbes and Industry Week.
Linda has carved a respected reputation as a millennial career coach after founding the Dulye Leadership Experience in 2008. This powerful, professional development program has cultivated career-ready undergraduates at her alma mater, Syracuse University—with 90% of them securing jobs or internships within 3 months of their participation. In 2017, the Dulye Leadership Experience’s reach has expanded to young professionals in the workplace with the introduction of the Gen Now Leadership Retreat, inspired training for building career ownership.
Linda actively volunteers as a reading tutor, a hospital pastoral minister, a greeter at the world-renowned Tanglewood Music Center and an on-air announcer for community radio. A competitive rower, she is on the board of Berkshire Rowing and Sculling and in the two seat of her mixed racing quad. Linda also cycles, spins, swims, skis and supports numerous animal rescue groups.
She earned degrees from Syracuse University (B.A.) and Drew University (M.A.). Linda takes time with her husband, Roger, to enjoy lake living in the Berkshires (MA) with family members-- three grown children and rescued animal companions (four dogs, two cats, a ferret and a homing pigeon). A popular speaker at industry conferences, corporate seminars and college symposiums, Linda shares her content at www.dulye.com.
