Jackson Eng joined Dulye & Co. as the Technology Lead in July 2011. In his role, Jackson oversees all technology infrastructures for the firm and manages social and other new media practices supporting client services and solutions. Additionally, he will take a lead role on the firm’s measurement tools and practices.
He joins the firm with experience as Program Administrator at the Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP), where he worked with the IT department to create and improve the efficiency of the programs used by the customer service team. As a liaison between the IT department and executive managers, Jackson was the project manager for the development of several programs in the company, including online training webinars and the company’s continuing education program.
Jackson also worked at Ferguson Enterprises as an Operation Management Trainee, responsible for research analysis of the company’s inventory and solutions to prevent discrepancies within the system.
He is a graduate of Syracuse University’s Whitman School of Management and the School of Information Studies, where he studied Marketing and Information Management. During his undergraduate years, he actively participated in the University’s Asian Students in America organization, where he served as Webmaster and Events Coordinator on the organization’s Executive Board. Jackson interned at Beacon Capital Strategy, where he assisted in the implementation of the company’s voice-data consolidation and created a solution to improve the company’s wireless security.
Jackson is an avid basketball player/sports fan and also enjoys photography. He have two dogs (Coco and Porkchop), and currently reside in northern New Jersey.
